Contact lenses are more convenient because they can be easily removed and put back in, and they don’t fog up or get in the way when you are doing activities like playing sports. They also give you a broader field of vision and don’t distort your appearance the way glasses can. And because contact lenses sit directly on your eyeball, they provide sharper vision than glasses.
