Vitasta Dhawan is an MSc Researcher at the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Punjab Agricultural University. She did an undergraduate degree in Foods and Nutrition.
During her master’s degree, she has been researching behavioural addictions (internet addiction, video games, etc), and a range of mental health problems. Her other research interests include child and adolescent development, mental health, community nutrition, and educating the general population about various aspects of STEM.
She aims to educate people through science communication and give back to her community by volunteering and making education accessible to everyone.
