5 Tips for Burning Body Fat with Diet Pills

Using weight loss pills is a popular option for many. You can get medications for weight loss by prescription or over the counter and they come in two basic categories. The two categories we will discuss in this article are appetite-suppressant and fat blockers. 

Appetite suppressants work by blocking your body’s ability to reabsorb the chemical signals that are used to regulate hunger. The chemical signals are present in the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine. They are released by your hypothalamus to make you feel full. So if a chemical can block your body’s ability to reabsorb those chemicals, you would feel more full and eat less. They work when combined with diet and exercise. Studies have shown that prescription appetite suppressants can lead to weight loss. They can be responsible for around one and a half to two kilograms of extra weight burn. After six to eight weeks the appetite control centre in your brain adjusts to the new levels of these neurotransmitters.

Blockers work differently. They inhibit an enzyme known as lipase. When you eat food that has fat in it. Those fat molecules need to be broken down into their constituent parts glycerol and fatty acids before they can pass through the walls of your intestines. That is because fat molecules are too big to pass through the membranes of your cells on their lipases. The enzymes break down those fat molecules and to do that they need to bind with the blocking drugs. 

By bonding with lipases, which prevents them from bonding with fat, and without lipases to break it down, fat passes through your intestines and out of your body without ever being absorbed. Studies have shown that they stop about thirty per cent of the fat in your food from getting taken into your body. And over two years, people who take a fat blocking drug lose on average about two and a half kilograms more than people who don’t

Combining caffeine and catechin

These two compounds, when put together, appear to act synergistically which brings about a thermogenic effect. This heats your body by getting your nervous system to prompt everything to go a little faster and catechins inhibit the action of lipase, which gives them a fat-blocking effect. They also stimulate the production of norepinephrine which helps control hunger. So together these compounds have an appetite suppressant effect that works the same way as prescription appetite suppressants.

Target your circadian rhythm

Look for pills that target your circadian rhythm. It regulates rhythms and many of your body’s processes including food intake as well as fat and sugar metabolism. And when your circadian clock says it’s time to burn fuel, it activates a protein in your body called reverb alpha protein that works by boosting the number of mitochondria in your cells. Soluble fibre when mixed with water in the body form a gel-like substance that works to curb your appetite. The fibre makes the body fill full by reducing the levels of ghrelin. One of the ways of getting soluble fibre in your system can be through food but several diet pills cater to that need.

Improve your sleep pattern 

Diet pills will sure improve your body metabolism and help burn fat but without proper sleep, you might end up gaining a few pounds. Poor sleeping habits might trigger an increase in appetite and an overproduction of hunger hormones. The best way to improve your sleep is to come up with a healthy sleep cycle that will ensure you get up to seven hours of undisturbed sleep.
