We rely on our smartphones for all sorts these days, whether it be communicating, banking, working or listening to music. However, very few of us use it for destressing, often believing it is the root cause of any stress or anxiety we may be feeling.

And that could be true to an extent, but there are many types of smartphone app out there that can have a positive impact on our stress levels.

So, if you’ve been feeling a little stressed of late, here are five types of app you should consider downloading…
