Dr Sonia Janice Pilao is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology at Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. Dr Pilao is actively engaged in facilitating trainings as resource speaker in various topics in psychology.

Dr Pilao did her bachelor’s, master’s and PhD degrees at Centro Escolar University. 

Her research interest lies within organisational psychology. She has presented her research in a number of international conferences and is an active member of the International Society of Psychology, Counselling and Education (ISPCE).
