On Wednesday 4th June 2025, Psychreg and the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) formalised their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the NEUST campus. This partnership sets the stage for the 7th International Conference on Psychology, Counselling and Education (ICPCE 2025), scheduled for 29th–30th August 2025.
The MOA signifies a strengthened alliance between Psychreg, NEUST, and Psych Counseling and Health Support Services (PCHSS), aiming to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and advance mental health initiatives. The conference will adopt a hybrid format, welcoming both onsite and online participants from around the globe.
Dennis Relojo-Howell, managing director of Psychreg, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: “This agreement with NEUST marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to bridge academic research with practical applications in mental health. ICPCE 2025 will serve as a dynamic platform for professionals and scholars to exchange insights and drive meaningful change in the fields of psychology, counselling, and education.”
With the theme “Integrative Approaches to Mental Health: Bridging Theory, Research, and Practice”, ICPCE 2025 aims to highlight the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing mental wellness challenges across various sectors. The conference will feature keynote speeches, paper presentations, and panel discussions, focusing on the latest research and developments in psychology, mental health, and allied fields.
The call for abstracts is currently open, inviting submissions of empirical studies, theoretical analyses, and case-based insights that contribute to the evolving discourse on mental health. Accepted papers will be published in the inaugural issue of the ISPCE Bulletin, set for release in February 2026.
Registration for ICPCE 2025 is now available, with early bird rates offered until Thursday, 27th June 2025. Filipino professionals can register for onsite attendance at ₱4,000 and online access at ₱2,000, while international participants can avail early bird online access starting at $50 USD. Student rates are also available to ensure broader accessibility.
