Set SMART goals

Goal setting is one of many strategies that can help you to achieve your peak performance.   • Realistic

Wake up early

How and when you start your day can influence your performance. Try setting your alarm an hour earlier and following Robin Sharma’s 20/20/20 formula for success, dividing your time into three equal blocks of exercise, reflection and learning. Take a cold shower
