Priced at £1,739 (€2,089) per person, the programme includes three full-body massages, two detox wraps, one craniosacral therapy session, a moisturising pack, and comprehensive health checks. Optional mobile phone fasting is available, while a pop-up Easter market, a silent hike, and an excursion to Innsbruck’s Cathedral and Easter Market complement the experience. Feldenkrais Week (18–25 May)
This retreat focuses on improving natural movement through revolutionary somatic education designed to enhance body awareness, reduce physical effort, and facilitate pain-free mobility. Priced at £1,935 (€2,325) per person, the programme includes a private Feldenkrais lesson, five one-hour group classes, three full-body massages, three detox compresses, relevant health checks, and participation in exercise sessions and lectures.
Active Summer Weeks (29 June–6 July and 6–13 July)
Designed for athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking to incorporate exercise into their detox regimen, these retreats offer expert guidance from physicians, coaches, and therapists. Priced at £1,968 (€2,365) per person, the programme includes four IHHT Cell Trainings, two bioimpedance measurements, three partial body massages, and a choice of three full-body massages or a combination of lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and shiatsu. Health assessments, group coaching sessions on mental resilience and activity activation, and a nutrition lecture are also included. Mountain biking enthusiasts can arrange guided tours upon request.
All treatment programmes at Park Igls are charged separately, with prices inclusive of a personalised alkaline-based Modern Mayr diet prepared using 100% organic, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Guests also have access to an extensive weekly agenda of optional activities, both on and off-site.
