The power of flaxseed and hemp

Good nutrition is an important part of your toolkit to help support your immunity and strengthen your resilience to coughs, colds, and bugs. As you snuggle into autumn, it’s the perfect time to make some changes to what you are eating and think about how the food on your plate contributes to a healthy immune system.
