Effective time management is a powerful tool in managing stress. By prioritising tasks and setting realistic goals, individuals can reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed. Techniques such as the Eisenhower Box can help in categorising tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical tasks are completed timely while less critical tasks are scheduled appropriately.

Allocating specific times for work and leisure can help create a balanced schedule. This approach not only improves productivity but also ensures that there is adequate time for relaxation and self-care.

The impact of digital detox

In today’s digital age, constant connectivity can be a significant source of stress. Engaging in a digital detox, where one limits their use of electronic devices, can help reduce stress levels. Disconnecting from social media, emails, and other digital distractions allows for mental clarity and relaxation.
