Does LED light have a harmful Influence on attention and long term memory?

As mentioned earlier in various scientific studies so far, it is not clear how wide the impact of LED light on human long-term memory and attention is. But, it is clear that its harmful effects are relatively low. How much the LED lights affect the human brain depends entirely on the location of the LED lights.

However, LED lights have more short wavelengths than incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps. This does not mean that it has many harmful effects on the human body. What are the factors that can bring harmful effects on LED light?

Light has the characteristic that the shorter the wavelength, the more blue or purple it looks, and conversely, the longer the wavelength, the redder it looks. It is known that it may cause ‘hormone imbalance due to disturbance of autonomic nerves’.

However, the effect of this blue light on the human body is a symptom that occurs when the blue light is continuously exposed near the eyes, especially for a long time. Also, to a great extent, unless they continue for a long time, fine work. It is unlikely to cause direct serious health damage.
