Preparations are well underway for the 7th International Conference on Psychology, Counselling, and Education (ICPCE 2025), which is set to take place on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th August at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) in the Philippines. ICPCE 2025, now a key fixture in the academic calendar, is poised to welcome a wide-ranging international audience both onsite and online.
With the theme Integrative Approaches to Mental Health: Bridging Theory, Research, and Practice, this year’s conference will showcase the growing need for interdisciplinary collaboration in tackling mental wellness challenges across various sectors. Organised by Psychreg in collaboration with NEUST and Psych Counseling and Health Support Services (PCHSS), the conference promises to offer an inclusive platform that brings together thought leaders from fields such as psychology, public health, education, social sciences, and beyond.
The organising committee is focused on cultivating a supportive environment where new ideas and empirical evidence can meet practical application. As with previous Psychreg conferences, particular emphasis will be placed on peer-reviewed content, scholarly rigour, and open dialogue. The goal is to offer a forum that strikes a balance between academic depth and real-world relevance.

A central part of the programme will be the paper presentations, which are expected to explore topics ranging from applied and clinical psychology to pedagogical research and organisational behaviour. The call for submissions welcomes empirical studies, theoretical analyses, and case-based insights that contribute to the evolving discourse on mental health. While grounded in psychology and counselling, the conference actively seeks cross-disciplinary contributions that address 21st-century challenges through resilience research and innovative educational approaches.
The organising committee encourages academics and professionals to submit abstracts by Friday 30th August 2024, with accepted papers to be published in the first issue of the ISPCE Bulletin. Participation certificates will be provided to all attendees, including those joining virtually.
ICPCE 2025 is structured to accommodate varying budgets, with early bird rates available until Thursday 27th June. Filipino professionals can register for as little as ₱4,000 for onsite attendance and ₱2,000 for online access, with additional fees for paper presentation. Student rates are significantly reduced to increase accessibility. For international participants, registration starts at $50 USD for early bird online access and rises to $300 USD for late onsite registration.
The hybrid nature of the conference ensures that geographical distance is no longer a barrier to academic engagement.
