Film-making Research Methods Workshop – A CHASE doctoral training event.

This event follows on from Making Films for Your Research: Innovative Audio-Visual Practices held at Birkbeck last 17 November 2018.

This event will be completely practical in orientation and will take place at the University of Sussex, in Falmer, East Sussex. It will consist of an extended residential workshop led by Andy Lawrence from Film-making for Fieldwork, an organisation that trains researcher in using film as a research method. It will be suitable and beneficial to doctoral students at an early stage of their project’s development and be of particular use to those seeking to clarify research methodologies and approaches.
