Making your mind and deciding that you need to get your act straight by stop doing drugs is a very brave thing to do. Undoubtedly, it requires a lot of courage, will power, and motivation to do so. Doing physical exercise is the most important thing when it comes to fighting the withdrawal symptoms. So, make sure that you do the physical exercise as much as you can. If you think that you are not ready for much physical exertion, then you need to start doing yoga right from today.

Not only will it help you stay in perfect physical shape, but it will also help you with your mental health. And you must know that taking care of your mental health is the most critical thing on the path of rehab.
