Expo 2020 Dubai

Scheduled to take place from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022; Expo 2020 Dubai came with promises to be one of the most anticipated events of the decade. With the theme “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future,” Expo 2020 Dubai aimed to explore new horizons of innovation, sustainability and collaboration.

Visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai had the opportunity to explore pavilions from over 190 participating countries. Each of them showcased their unique culture, heritage and achievements. The expo featured cutting-edge technology, interactive exhibits and immersive experiences that highlighted solutions to global challenges. Moreover, they inspired visitors to shape a better future.

Thematic districts focused on mobility, opportunity and sustainability. Expo 2020 Dubai was a celebration of human creativity, ingenuity and collaboration on a global scale.

Expo Milano 2015

Expo Milano 2015, held in Milan, Italy, from May 1 to October 31, 2015, was dedicated to the theme “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life.” The expo brought together over 140 participating countries to explore issues related to food security, nutrition and sustainability.

The expo featured pavilions showcasing innovative agricultural practices, culinary traditions and technological solutions aimed at addressing global food challenges. There, visitors had the opportunity to sample cuisines from around the world. They even attend cooking demonstrations, and learn about sustainable farming practices and food production techniques.

One of the highlights of Expo Milano 2015 was the Future Food District. It was an immersive experience that explored the future of food through interactive exhibits, workshops and demonstrations. The expo also featured cultural events, concerts and performances that celebrated the diversity of global cuisine and culinary traditions.

Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai

Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai will focus on the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives. ” It is scheduled to take place in Osaka, Japan, from May 3 to November 3, 2025. The expo aims to explore innovative solutions to the challenges facing modern society and envision a more sustainable and inclusive future.

Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai will feature pavilions from around the world showcasing the latest advancements in technology, urban planning and design. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore interactive exhibits and attend seminars and workshops. Not only that, they can engage in discussions on topics such as urbanization, transportation and environmental sustainability.

Expo 2023 Buenos Aires

Took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from January to April 2023, Expo 2023 Buenos Aires focused on the theme “Creative Industries in Digital Convergence.” The expo explored the transformative power of digital technologies and their impact on the creative industries. It also included media, entertainment, design and advertising.

Expo 2023 Buenos Aires featured pavilions showcasing the latest innovations in digital media, virtual reality, gaming and design. Visitors had the opportunity to experience interactive exhibits and attend conferences and workshops. They engaged with leading experts and professionals.

In addition to exploring digital technologies, Expo 2023 Buenos Aires also celebrated Argentina’s vibrant cultural scene. It highlighted the country’s contributions to art, music, literature and film. Cultural events, performances and exhibitions showcased Argentina’s rich cultural heritage and creative talent to a global audience.

Expo 2010 Shanghai

Expo 2010 Shanghai, held in Shanghai, China, from May 1 to October 31, 2010, was dedicated to the theme “Better City, Better Life.” The expo attracted millions of visitors from around the world and featured pavilions from over 190 participating countries and international organizations.

One of the highlights of Expo 2010 Shanghai was the iconic China Pavilion. It was a stunning architectural marvel that showcased China’s rich history, culture and vision for the future. The expo also featured thematic pavilions exploring topics such as urban sustainability, environmental conservation and technological innovation.

Expo 2010 Shanghai left a lasting legacy on the city of Shanghai, transforming the urban landscape and promoting sustainable development. The expo site, known as the Shanghai Expo Park, has been repurposed into a vibrant cultural and recreational hub. Expo 1998 Lisbon

Expo 1998 Lisbon, also known as Expo ’98, was held in Lisbon, Portugal, from May 22 to September 30, 1998. The theme of the expo was “The Oceans, a Heritage for the Future,” and it celebrated Portugal’s maritime history and its relationship with the sea.

Expo 1986 Vancouver

Expo 1986 Vancouver, also known as Expo ’86, was held in Vancouver, Canada, from May 2 to October 13, 1986. The theme of the expo was “Transportation and Communication: World in Motion – World in Touch.” It celebrated the past, present and future of transportation and communication technologies.

Expo ’86 featured pavilions from over 50 participating countries. Not only that, there were thematic exhibits exploring topics such as aviation, space exploration, telecommunications and urban transportation. The expo site, located along the shores of False Creek, was transformed into a futuristic cityscape. It had iconic landmarks such as the Expo Centre and the SkyTrain monorail.

One of the highlights of Expo ’86 was the Canadian Pavilion. It was a towering structure that showcased Canada’s natural beauty, cultural diversity and technological innovation.
