#bonebroth is a trend that has been seriously brewing this year, with the hashtag gaining 269.8 million views overall on TikTok. Notably, since the beginning of November, the hashtag has seen a surge of 18.1 million additional views as users seek comforting and hearty meals during the colder months.
It was only a matter of time before the trend resurfaced. In November, TikTok user @bakedbymelissa’s video titled “how to make bone broth” has gained over 775.5K views since it was posted.
Similarly, @brookeashleyhall’s video highlights how drinking bone broth daily has helped her feel more energised, racking up an impressive 802.2K views in less than a month.
HelloFresh’s senior recipe development manager, Mimi Morley, comments: “Bone broth is undeniably beneficial, offering a host of nutrients and health benefits. However, it can be quite time-consuming if made the traditional way from scratch and may not always be to everyone’s taste. Using a pressure cooker can be a speedier alternative, too.”
