Evelyn Mary-Ann Antony, PhD, is a research associate in youth mental health at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Her research focuses on using advanced quantitative methods in large multidisciplinary cohorts to examine mental health trajectories. She completed her PhD at Durham University. In 2021, she obtained a first class MA (Hons) in psychology from the University of Edinburgh. She also completed an MPhil at the University of Cambridge. Throughout her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she gained experience working with young people with complex mental health needs, as well as roles in events management and higher education.

She sits on the editorial board of Psychreg Journal of Psychology.

Evelyn also enjoys writing pieces, where she addresses key issues facing the profession of psychology, and she also reflects upon her academic journey to date.
