A new study has identified the general practices in England delivering the highest levels of patient satisfaction, with Glenridding Health Centre in Cumbria and Blackdown Practice in Somerset achieving perfect scores. The research, conducted by online vape retailer Vapekit, analysed 2024 General Practice profile data from the Department of Health and Social Care to determine which GP surgeries received the highest percentage of positive patient experiences.
The findings highlight exceptional performance among a select group of practices, with the top 10 surgeries surpassing the national average patient satisfaction rate of 79.36% by a significant margin. The data underscores the importance of high-quality primary care in fostering trust in the NHS and supporting long-term health outcomes.
