Dale Burden studied psychology since GCSE, and has a great interest in mental health and the disorders related to mental health. Dale holds a dual honours degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Keele University. He has also completed two further counselling certificates, up to level 2. He has seven years experience working in the healthcare sector mainly with people who display challenging behaviour, learning difficulties and dementia. Dale enjoys reading in his spare time and keeping up to date with psychology and related issues. In his practice, he specialises in self-esteem, bullying, mild depression and low mood, and confidence. Dale also uses goal-oriented techniques for people to set their own goals and get achievement.
