October 10 is World Mental Health Day. Around the world, organisations and agencies take time to help promote mental health awareness and continue to reduce the stigma attached to mental illness. You can find more information and interaction at #WorldMentalHealthDay.

The entertainment industry can be a powerful force in normalising mental illness and promoting ways to seek help. Despite fame, acclaim, and living out their dreams, mental illness does not discriminate against musicians, authors and actors.
