Ayten Nevzat is a lecturer of psychology in a college with a background in English Literature (BA) and Psychology (MSc). Her teaching and research interests centre on health and cognitive psychology, particularly the psychological factors influencing health behaviours and well-being. She is passionate about reflective practice, critical thinking, and demystifying mental health.
