Mihaela Ivan Holtz is the founder of Creative Minds Psychotherapy – Psychotherapy for The Creatives and Performers, Beverly Hills, USA. She is passionate about working with bright, motivated and insightful creative people and performers; nevertheless, stuck in unsuccessful cycles due to childhood emotional experiences. Creative people and performers who are driven to succeed, yet something is not working. What happened earlier in their lives is holding them back; stuck in cycles that are not getting them where they want. Often they feel unhappy and frustrated about their personal and/or professional life. They may feel depressed, anxious, unproductive and unsuccessful. They may struggle with addictions.
Holtz gained her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology fromPepperdine University, Los Angeles. She is certified in Psychoanalysifrom The Wright Institute Los Angeles and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She is trained in psychoanalysis, the neurobiology of psychotherapy and interpersonal relationships, meditation, mindfulness, family systems, cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused techniques. She developed treatment protocols to get at the root of what is not working, address the emotional trauma and create growth-generating dynamics.
