Bridget Kennedy, MA, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counsellor in Texas. She received her training at the University of Texas at Tyler. She has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years with a diversity of clients in different settings. She counsels individuals (adults and children), couples, and families who are battling a variety of mental health and relationship issues. She specialises in counselling individuals who suffer from trauma-related symptoms, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
Bridget is certified in several evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy). She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey in which a counsellor has the privilege of walking by a client side-by-side as they discover their own path to wellness.
